Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in case of wrong, damaged, defective, or expired products.
- To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Some products (opened supplements, perishable items, hygienic goods, and items marked “final sale”) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order, by contacting the support team or using the “Returns” section on your account.
- Provide a clear photo or unboxing video showing the defect, along with order proof.
- If your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled. Keep the product ready in its original packaging.
Inspection and Approval
- All returned products are inspected upon receipt. If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed and credited within 7-14 business days.
- If returned items do not meet policy criteria, they will be sent back to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method as per your choice.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect after processing.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not offered at this time. For a replacement, return your order and place a new one after refund/store credit is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products cannot be returned if opened, used, customized, marked as “final sale”, or past the 7-day return window.
Additional Notes
- 2-way shipping charges may be deducted from refundable amounts, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired items).
- Please ensure that the return is initiated with proper photo/video evidence as required for supplements to help address spurious claims.
