Order Processing

- In case of product unavailability or delay, customers will be notified and can choose to wait, change, or cancel the order.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: Product delivery within 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- Other areas: Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote or difficult locations may require up to 10 days depending on logistics partner constraints.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is often available for orders above a threshold (for example, ₹500 or ₹699).
- For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply, disclosed at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for select locations or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, tracking details and estimated delivery date will be sent by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order using the “Track Order” page on our website using your Order ID.

- All products are packaged securely before shipment.
Change of Delivery Address
- Address changes can be requested before order dispatch.
- Once shipped, changes to the delivery address are not possible.
